The staff members were attentive and friendly, making the stay pleasant. The decor in the common areas created a warm atmosphere. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a Walmart supercenter behind the hotel and several restaurants within a short walk.

The ice machine created a significant mess in the hallway, and throughout my stay, there were wet towels laid down to deal with the leakage instead of a proper fix. The ongoing renovation left parts of the hotel exposed without warning, which felt unsafe, and there were instances when housekeeping entered my room despite having the privacy sign posted. The pool remained closed, definitely a disappointment given the warm weather and expectations of fun.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I'll be back for a romantic escape!
